The work we will do together will be rooted in the latest research in neuroscience and emotions and their role in decision-making and performance, best practices in social, emotional, and cultural intelligence, strategies for identifying values and beliefs, and building flexible and growth mindsets, fostering peak performance and resilience.

At the core of my approach is a focus on whole-person coaching, enabling clients to create internal capacity for sustainable behavioral change. All engagements are highly individualized, where trust, privacy, and respect with adequate support, challenge, and accountability are foundational to helping clients achieve their goals. A suite of neuroscience-based tools, psychometric and multi-rater assessments, and reflective exercises are leveraged to help clients expand their capacity in areas they cannot otherwise access for themselves, supporting and challenging them to think in different ways to create new choices and opportunities.
